Dear Residents and Tenants:
We will strive to provide monthly updates on the status of the exterior renovations. This is a high-level update pulled from a site status report provided by RDH Building Science. Please note that we will continue to provide specific notices to units when we need access.
Phase 1 (Units “05”, “06”, “07” and “08”)
| Scaffold Removal: | Complete with some exceptions. |
| Miscellaneous: | Remaining stucco and sealant work on base of building is underway. Need to remove beams to complete. |
| Miscellaneous: | Once scaffolding removal is complete for both Phases, please report any additional “nail pops” or cracks so they can be addressed at end of project. |
Phase 2 (Units “01”, “02”, “03” and “04”)
| Window Deficiencies: | Complete. |
| Scaffold Removal: | Scaffold removal is underway and down to Level 14. They have added a second hoist to help with scaffold removal. |
| Miscellaneous: | Lower floor finishing work is affected by beams which need to be removed to complete. |
| Miscellaneous: | Once scaffolding removal is complete for both Phases, please report any additional “nail pops” or cracks so they can be addressed at end of project. |
| General Completion: | Aiming for early June 2022. |
