We will strive to provide updates every second week on the status of the exterior renovations. This is a high-level update pulled from a site status report of October 7, 2021. Please note that we will continue to provide specific notices to units when we need access.
Phase 1 (Units “05”, “06”, “07” and “08”)
- Final Colour Coat: 99% Complete. Need to complete around roof and penthouse.
- Sealant: 95% Complete.
- Window Deficiencies: On-going for Interior deficiencies. Exterior deficiencies complete.
- Scaffold Removal: Starting week of October 18, 2021 at Level 22 and above.
Phase 2 (Units “01”, “02”, “03” and “04”)
- Steel Studs: Repairs at Roof are Complete
- Sheathing: Complete
- Wall Membrane: 95% Complete
- Window Install: Level 27. Window installation complete by end of October.
- Roofing: Level 3 – 95% Complete.
- Stucco Framing: Level 21
- Stucco Scratch Coat: Level 17
- Thru Wall Flashing: Level 23
- Drywall finishing is currently running five to seven weeks behind window installation and
- is expected to speed up over time.
REMINDER: Blinds must be taken down before the window installation and, due to window warranty, not reinstalled by anyone other than a strata approved installer.
