EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS – HIGH LEVEL UPDATE

Dear Residents and Tenants,

We will strive to provide updates every second week on the status of the exterior renovations. This is a high-level update and pulled from a site status report of August 9, 2021.

Please note that we will continue to provide specific notices to units when we need access.

Phase 1 (Units “05”, “06”, “07” and “08”)
Stucco: Framing is complete, Mud at Level 28
EIFS: Level 21
Final Colour Coat: Is underway from level 19 and down.
Sealant: Started week of August 3rd.

Phase 2 (Units “01”, “02”, “03” and “04”)
Steel Studs: Level 24 – Structural Upgrades Ongoing
Sheathing: Level 21
Wall Membrane: Level 15
Window Install: Levels 11 (Level 11 scheduled for week of August 9th)
Roofing: Level 3 – 95% Complete
EIFS Membrane: Level 2 and Level 3 95% complete
Drywall finishing is currently running four to five weeks behind window installation and is expected to speed up over time.

REMINDER: Blinds must be taken down before the window installation and, due to window warranty, not reinstalled by anyone other than a strata approved installer.
