EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS – HIGH LEVEL UPDATE

Dear residents and tenants:

We will be providing updates every second week on the status of the exterior renovations.

This is a high-level update and pulled from a site status report dated June 3, 2021. Please note that we will continue to provide specific notices to units when workers need access.

Phase 1 (Units “05”, “06”, “07” and “08”)
Demolition: 99% Complete
Roofing: Level 22 92% Complete
Steel Studs: 100% Complete
Sheathing: 100% Complete Next Week
Peel & Stick: Complete up to Level 28
Window Install: Currently Level 26
Stucco: Girts Level 18, Insulation Level 18, Board & Wire Level 18, Mud Level 10

Phase 2 (Units “01”, “02”, “03” and “04”)
Demolition: 99% Complete
Steel Studs: Level 8 – Structural Upgrades Ongoing
Sheathing: Level 3
Window Install: Commencing Next Week
Roofing: Level 3 – 95% Complete, Level 22 – 95% Complete
EIFS Membrane: Level 15

Drywall finishing is currently running four to five weeks behind window installation and is expected to speed up over time.

REMINDER: Blinds must be taken down before the window installation and, due to window warranty, not reinstalled by anyone other than a strata approved installer.
