Construction damage

Please be advised that while demolition and construction continue, you may notice drywall damage (for example nail pops, paint chips).

Report any damage, including photos, to Cam Carruthers by email at cam.carruthers@fsresidential.com.

Please do not report damages to the concierge.

If the damage is minimal, repairs will be completed after your windows have been installed. If there is an actual hole, such that you can see through to the outside, someone from RDH Building Science be sent to assess the damage. If warranted, a temporary repair repair will be made, followed by a more permanent repair after the windows have been installed.
