Please note that we will continue to provide specific notices to units when workers need access.
Phase 1 (Units “05”, “06”, “07” and “08”)
Demolition: 99% Complete
Roofing: Level 22 90% Complete
Steel Studs: Complete up to Level 28
Sheathing: Complete up to Level 28
Peel & Stick: Complete up to Level 24
Window Install: Currently Level 22
Stucco: Girts Level 16, Insulation Level 15, Board and Wire Level 12
Phase 2 (Units “01”, “02”, “03” and “04”)
Demolition: 99% Complete
Steel Studs: Level 4 – Structural Upgrades Ongoing
Roofing: Level 3 – 90% Complete, Level 22 – 90% Complete
EIFS Membrane: Level 2 start week of May 25
Drywall finishing is currently running five to six weeks behind window installation and is expected to speed up over time.
REMINDER: Blinds must be taken down before the window installation and, due to window warranty, not reinstalled by anyone other than a strata approved installer.
