Dear residents,
The contractors will commence demolishing the small roof over the entry at units 203 and 204 starting Wednesday, April 28, 2021. This work will continue at least until Friday, April 30, 2021.
We are notifying you as this work will be noisy from time to time during the hours of 7:30am to 4:00pm and you may wish to plan your days accordingly.
Please also note that the entire building is now considered a construction zone so there will be construction activities Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm, as well as the occasional Saturday. Due to the multitude of construction activities, there will be construction noises during these hours.
