WINDOW BLIND REMOVAL UPDATE

The window replacement project is well underway. It is being done in two phases. Currently, contractors are replacing windows for Phase 1, which includes the “05”, “06”, “07” and “08” units.

As of the last week of March, they are working on the 13th floor and anticipate moving up one floor each week.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SCHEDULES CANNOT BE CHANGED TO ACCOMODATE RESIDENTS. YOU MUST  PROVIDE UNIT ACCESS WHEN YOUR FLOOR IS REACHED. 

Please ensure your window coverings are removed PRIOR TO THE WORK COMMENCING.  This includes removing all window blind hardware.

In preparation, please determine if you can remove your blinds yourself or if you need assistance. If you need assistance, Cityscape Maintenance Services (Tony Dohaniuk) can assist with the removal of your window blinds for a fee. Also, please ensure a clear area of 4 feet around each window being installed.

Please note that once work is complete, blinds need to be professionally installed by a Strata approved installer. A notice will be circulated once a qualified installer has been approved. For privacy in the meantime, you may wish to tack up a sheet or piece of plastic or cardboard to cover the window. 

In order to protect your furniture and other items, poly will be dropped off at your door the day  before. If you need additional poly, please ask Enrique at 604-230-5924 and he will get more  delivered.
