REMINDER – SPECIAL LEVY DUE MARCH 31, 2021

Dear Owners,

This is a reminder that the Third (and final) Installments of two Special Levies, approved at the Special General Meeting held on September 18, 2019, are due on March 31, 2021. If you do not pay the installments by this date, you will be fined $200/month for “each” resolution, so it is in your best interest to pay the third and final installments on time.

Owners approved Resolution “B” – Special Levy for Building Envelope Remediation – Base Scope of Repairs and Associated Funding. Owners approved Resolution “F” – Special Levy for Discretionary Optional Structural (Metal Roofs and Gutters).

An email with attached document listing the amounts owing for “each” levy and the total amount owing for March 31, 2021 has been sent to owners. Note that this attachment just shows what you owe for March 31, 2021. Complete details of both Resolutions are detailed in the SGM Minutes from September 18, 2019. If you are paying by cheque or bank draft, please note that you can either mail it into FirstService Residential at their Vancouver office, or hand deliver it to Enrique at the front desk in the lobby. Cheques and/or bank drafts are to be made out to “VR2540-2”.

Be sure to include your unit number.
