As previously reported, a transient individual was recently witnessed climbing up the scaffolding and looking into windows.
If you see any suspicious activity, please call 9-1-1 and report the incident.
Following a review of the building site perimeter by the Joint Committee with RDH, additional plywood barriers are being erected and potential access points secured. These measures will extend around the lower scaffolding of phase-2 as it moves along Drake. However, despite hoarding being installed at the base of the scaffolding, it is virtually impossible to make the scaffolding completely tamper-proof.
Please also notify the concierge and building manager via email at pacpoint2@fsresidential.com and cam.carruthers@fsresidential.com.
Additionally, please do not go out onto your balconies or attempt to climb the scaffolding from your unit. The exterior of the building is an active construction zone and all workers must follow proper safety procedures to work on the scaffolding.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Cam Carruthers at (604) 648-4443 or by email to: cam.carruthers@fsresidential.com.
Your anticipated cooperation is appreciated.
