B.C. health officials today extended the ban on social gatherings and the requirement to wear masks in indoor public spaces until midnight on Jan. 8, 2021.
Sadly, this means British Columbians will not be able to get together with anyone they don’t already live with — not even in parks, backyards or restaurants — to celebrate the holidays.
On the bright side, officials also announced today that BC vaccine distribution could begin as early as next week, albeit initially limited to our most vulnerable.
