Dear Residents and Tenants:
During this uncertain time and in accordance with current health and safety guidelines, there will be no deliveries directly to units except for move-in, move-out, furniture delivery or trades. If you arrange for deliveries when there is no concierge on duty (i.e. after 8pm on most days), please meet your delivery in the lobby to minimize the amount of non-residential use of the elevators.
If you need to have a delivery brought up to your unit (ie: quarantine, physical limitations, etc.), please ensure the delivery person is wearing a mask at all times when on common property which includes the elevator cabs.
