As per BC’s Provincial Health Official recommendations effective November 7th, and in compliance with WorkSafeBC protocols to to slow the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health and safety of all residents and employees:
Wearing protective masks is now mandatory in all common areas where physical distancing is not possible. This includes the lobby, elevators, and the recycling room.
Given the current level of community transmission, it is in the best interest of all residents to wear masks wherever physical distancing is not possible.
I am still seeing residents walking thru lobby, going to the mail room and taking elevators without a mask. Any action should we take going forward when residents or visitors don’t wear a mask in common areas?

Yes, it is a serious concern. Thankfully, most residents have been good about complying. Those who persist in not wearing a face mask on indoor PP2 common property could face a $200 fine per violation, in accordance with BC’s most recent COVID restrictions. Thanks for letting us know, and stay safe.

Thank you! Since there are some people that are renting in this building and have no access to this website information. Will we have signs stating the fines?

Yes. (And by the way, all residents have access to this site.)
