Masks Mandatory in Common Areas

As per the Provincial Health Official’s order, effective November 7th– November 23rd, please note the following. To protect the health and safety of all residents, and to slow the spread of COVID-19, wearing masks is now mandatory in all common areas, especially elevators and lobbies.

Given the amount of community transmission and as per Provincial Health, it is in the best interest of all residents to wear masks especially when social distancing isn’t possible.

  1. Please would you post this new requirement VISIBLY in elevators, lobby and recycling areas. There are still people waiting for elevators with NO mask or in lobby area and recycling.

    1. Thank you for your concern. I have asked that the notices be posted, and the elevators’ be updated, with the new requirements.
