You should have received a reminder last week that the Second Instalments of two Special Levies are due on November 30, 2020. If your payments are not received by this date, you will be fined $200/month for “each” resolution, so it is in your best interest to pay on time.
Attached to the notice was your total amount owing for November 30 only. The final instalment of both levies will be due March 31, 2021. Complete details can be found in the SGM Minutes from September 18, 2019. If required, please contact the Customer Service Team at 604-683-5329 for details.
- If you are paying by cheque or bank draft, please note that you can either mail it into FirstService Residential at their Vancouver office, or hand deliver it to Enrique at the front desk in the lobby. Cheques and/or bank drafts are to be made out to “VR2540-2”. Be sure to include your unit number.
- If you had submitted a PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBIT (PAD) AGREEMENT authorizing withdrawals for Special Levies (see the example below), and your payment was successfully processed last time, then you should not have to submit another PAD for future levy instalments. Of course, if you have subsequently given FirstService Residential written notification of a PAD change or termination, or if your banking information has changed, then a new PAD needs to be delivered at least ten (10) business days in advance of the next PAD withdrawal.
